Clarify what you want - We first of all discuss what you want on your website. This can be done through meetings, telephonically, via email, or all three. We will discuss content, number of pages, photographs, video content, style and matching your organisation's profile and domain name. We work to your requirements, whether you want a photography site optimised for o2 broadband or a brand new business site. If you need, we have some guidelines to help you think about your requirements. e.g. What is your target market, does your organisation have a marketing identity and what are your competitors or other players doing on their websites. A copy of the guidelines is available if you need them.

Quotation - Once we have your requirements, we will give you a quote with the cost and estimated time to develop. Once you accept the quote, 65% of the website cost is required. After the payment is made, a prototype home page will be developed for you. Once this is complete, you need to provide feedback on the layout and content of the home page. During this review we will help you decide on a suitable domain name and we will check if it is available for you to use.

Develop your website - Once the review of the prototype home page is complete, the rest of the pages will be developed. At this stage, we will register your domain and decide on the hosting Internet Service Provider that suits you best.

Publish your website - Once the development is complete, your site will be published for you to review. Once the review is complete and the necessary changes have been made, your site will be loaded live on the world wide web. At this stage the final 35% payment for your site is due within 15 days. Once final payment is received, you will be provided with an electronic copy of the website content for your records.
